Is Isaiah 14 fulfilled?

Is Isaiah 14 an unfulfilled prophecy where gentiles will be slaves to Israelites in Christ's kingdom and reign?

Answer: no

Before even unpacking Isaiah 14 as an already fulfilled prophecy, let's get straight to the number one concern with this belief.

If this is true and remains to be fulfilled then Jesus, Peter, Paul, James, John, mark, luke, or Matthew should have mentioned at least one one time in the midsts of their gospels and epistles. But they don't. In fact, they all paint a clearly different outcome of eschetology.

Let's start with Jesus.

Matthew, Mark and Luke record Jesus teaching that the worldly authorities of kingdoms rule over gentiles but then said that it would not be so for those who follow him. Instead those who serve will be the greatest. Then Jesus takes the position of a servant to give his life for many. Lastly, Luke's account shows Jesus rewarding the disciples not with gentile servants in the life to come, but instead gives them thrones to judge the 12 tribes of Israel.

Mat 20:25-28 LEB 25 But Jesus called them to himself and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those in high positions exercise authority over them. 26 It will not be like this among you! But whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, 27 and whoever wants to be most prominent among you must be your slave— 28 just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

Mar 10:42-45 LEB 42 And Jesus called them to himself and said to them, “You know that those who are considered to rule over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their people in high positions exercise authority over them. 43 But it is not like this among you! But whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, 44 and whoever wants to be most prominent among you must be the slave of all. 45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

Luk 22:25-30 LEB 25 So he said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those who have authority over them are called benefactors. 26 But you are not to be like this! But the one who is greatest among you must become like the youngest, and the one who leads like the one who serves. 27 For who is greater, the one who reclines at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines at the table? But I am in your midst as the one who serves. 28 “And you are the ones who have remained with me in my trials, 29 and I confer on you a kingdom, just as my Father conferred on me, 30 that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Paul

Paul makes the case even more clear for the gentiles when he tells them in 1 Corinthians 6:3 that they will judge angels. Not serving Israelites.

1Co 6:3 LEB Do you not know that we will judge angels, not to mention ordinary matters?

When Paul had given his testimony to the edomite king Agrippa, the king was moved. But Paul's response was the opposite of any future notion of Agrippa being his servant:

Act 26:27-29 LEB 27 Do you believe the prophets, King Agrippa? I know that you believe.” 28 But Agrippa said to Paul, “In a short time are you persuading me to become a Christian?” 29 And Paul replied, “I pray to God, whether in a short time or in a long time, not only you but also all those who are listening to me today may become such people as I also am, except for these bonds(Chains)!”

Paul prays to God that the king and all listening would become like him as a people EXCEPT the chains he bears. This goes directly against the Jewish fable of gentiles being servants to Israelites. Especially disregarding the chains he bears.

Peter

Peter had the perfect opportunity to assert to Cornelius the eschetalogical belief that gentiles would serve him and bow to him. Yet Peter says no such thing, but the opposite.

Act 10:25-26 LEB 25 So it happened that when Peter entered, Cornelius met him, fell at his feet, and worshiped him. 26 But Peter helped him up, saying, “Get up! I myself am also a man!”

5 chapters later he testifies at the council of Jerusalem that the gentiles heard the gospel by him and that they would both receive the same holy spirit and salvation the same way. And that Jews and gentiles in Christ possess no separate destiny whatsoever.

Act 15:7-9 LEB 7 And after there was much debate, Peter stood up and said to them, “Men and brothers, you know that in the early days God chose among you through my mouth that the Gentiles should hear the message of the gospel and believe. 8 And God, who knows the heart, testified to them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as he also did to us. 9 And he made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith.

Act 15:11 LEB But we believe we will be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus in the same way those also are.”

James

At the council of jerusalem, James quotes the Septuagint greek old Testament of amos 9:11-12 instead of any Hebrew version. This is key because the Hebrew states "and they shall possess the remnant of edom and ail the heathen".. This is the exact opposite of the greek version, but this "possessing language is somewhat similar to Isaiah 14 concerning the gentiles. Yet James doesn't bring up the supposed eschatological destiny of the gentiles at all. Verse 19 of chapter 15 he complained about the gentiles being hindered in turning to God. He could have so easily pointed out that if they do not turn to God then they would have no servants in the kingdom to come. But again he made no such attempt to express such a falsehood.

Act 15:13-19 LEB 13 And after they had stopped speaking, James answered, saying, “Men and brothers, listen to me! 14 Simeon has described how God first concerned himself to take from among the Gentiles a people for his name. 15 And with this the words of the prophets agree, just as it is written: 16 ‘After these things I will return and build up again the tent of David that has fallen, and the parts of it that had been torn down I will build up again and will restore it, 17 so that the rest of humanity may seek the Lord, even all the Gentiles who are called by my name, says the Lord, who makes these things 18 known from of old.’ 19 Therefore I conclude we should not cause difficulty for those from among the Gentiles who turn to God,

The passage of Isaiah 14

In the Black Hebrew Israelite movement there is a false doctrine which sprang from the more extremist One west groups that hold to an escheton(end of the age) where gentiles would serve the hebrews as slaves in Christ's kingdom.

Origins:

Does the following quote sound familiar?

Be'ota sha'a mavchik Hakadosh Baruch Hu oro shel Melech Hamashiach veshel  Yisrael

TRANSLATED TO ENGLISH

In that hour the Holy One, Blessed be He will brighten   the light of the King Messiah and of Israel And all of them will walk in the light of the King Messiah and of Israel. As it is said: 'And the nations will walk in Your light, and kings at the brightness of your rising. And they shall come and lick the dust that is under the   feet of the King Messiah. As it is said: '[the inhabitants of the islands shall come] and will lick the dust of his feet. And they all shall come and fall before the Messiah and before Israel. Saying: 'We will be slaves to you and to Israel. And each and every one from Israel will have two thousand and eight-hundred slaves, As it is said: 'In those days it shall come to pass that   ten men from all the languages of the nations shall come, and will take hold of the corner (of the garment) of a Jew, Saying: 'We will go with you, for we have heard that God   is with you.

Midrash known as "Pesikta  Rabbati," (composed around 845 AD) chapter 36, paragraph 8

This belief was developed by Zionist Jews who rejected their messiah. Their bitterness has bled over into the Black Hebrew Israelite cult movement.

Before we get to Isaiah 14, let us hear a few more voices of the past.

Simeon Haddarsen, fol. 56-D: "When the Messiah comes every Jew will have 2800 slaves."

Seph. Jp., 92, 1: "God has given the Jews power over the possessions and blood of all nations."

Those quotes were from the talmud. More could be shown on this matter but let us press on to the passage at hand.

Isaiah was written in 740 B.C.

PROOFS that Isaiah 14 was fulfilled during the return of the Jews from Babylon in 536 B.C.

1. Time frames and figures.

Verse 1 of isaiah 14 is not a beginning point of his prophecy but a continuation of where the prophecy began, being chapter 13. Both chapters are being exclusively specific of the judgments made only for King Nebuchadnezzar to receive. There's no disputing this fact.

Isa 13:6, He threatens to destroy Babylon by the Medes;
Isa 13:19, The desolation of Babylon.

Isaiah 14 summary overview

Overview
Isa 14:1, God's merciful restoration of Israel;
Isa 14:3, Their triumphant exultation over Babel;
- TSKe

The last verse in isaiah 13 fixes the time not to the end of the age but to antiquity.

22  and satyrs shall dwell there; and hedgehogs shall make their nests in their houses. It will come soon, and will not tarry. - Septuagint 250 B.C.

"It will come soon, and will not tarry."
- masoretic Hebrew 9th century

The destruction of Babylon by the Persians is directly linked to the restoration of Israel via their return and the building of the 2nd temple.

2. Ezra and Nehemiah Fulfill Isaiah 14

Verse 1

1   The LORD will certainly have compassion on Jacob; he will again choose Israel as his special people and restore them to their land. Resident foreigners will join them and unite with the family of Jacob.

FULFILLED

Ezra 6:21
21  The Israelites who were returning from the exile ate it[The Passover see verse 20], along with all those who had joined them in separating themselves from the uncleanness of the nations of the land to seek the LORD God of Israel.
______________________________________________

Notice in Isaiah 14:1 that strangers/foreigners will "join/attach" themselves with the family of Jacob. That is a straight forward expression of proselytizing.

The Hebrew word for "join/attach" is "nilwā"...

--the strangers ] the sojourner, or protected guest; here used, as in later Hebrew, with the sense of “proselyte”: ch. Isa 56:3-7; Zec 2:11; Zec 8:21-23-- --Cambridge commentery

The Jews themselves interpret their own scriptures from The Aramaic Targum. A paraphrase translation of the old Testament. Notice what word they use to describe strangers.

1 For the Lord will have compassion upon the house of Jacob, and will delight again in Israel, and shall make them to dwell in their land; and PROSELYTES shall be joined unto them, and they shall be united unto the house of Jacob.
- Isaiah 14:1 Aramaic Targum

Targum Jonathan Ben Uziel:
The Chaldee Paraphrase on
The Prophet Isaiah
Translated by
Rev. C. W. H. Pauli
1871

In other words isaiah in verse one is stating that the foreigners who leave with the Jews will become Jews themselves. Esther 8:17 further confirms proselytizing gentiles to becoming jews.

Observe the Hebrew and greek translations of the verse.

"Became Jews" - Hebrew masoretic

"Were circumcised and became Jews" - Greek septuagint

rather, the stranger shall join himself to them. On the return from the Captivity, there would be an influx of proselytes from the nations, who would voluntarily join themselves to those whom they saw favored both by God and man (comp. Est 8:17). Though the Jews did not commonly seek proselytes, they readily received such as offered themselves. - Pulpit

This prediction is so correct, as appears from the books of Nehemiah and Ezra, that no man can doubt the truth of prophecy; and its literal accomplishment demonstrates the truth of divine revelation. - Sutcliffe

Proselytes in Babylon to the true religion. In like manner, from Est 8:17, we learn that “many of the people of the land became Jews,” as the effect of evidences that God had mercy on them and chose them. Many probably accompanied them back to their land.
 - Whedon

Notice in Ezra 6:21 that two groups are eating the Passover.

1. Jews
2. THOSE WHO JOINED/ATTACHED TO THEM

Just like in isaiah 14:1. Also notice they were described as SEEKING The Lord.

The hebrew word for seek here is "dârash". It means:

seek deity in prayer and worship:
  a. the true God - Ezra 6:21
 - Unabridged Brown Driver Briggs Hebrew Lexicon

IT CITES EZRA 6:21!!!

1b1) to allow oneself to be enquired of, consulted (only of God)
  - Tyndale Brief Lexicon

This seeking applies accurately to the strangers who joined Israel in the return as proselyte converts and became Jews. Exodus 12:48, truly the entire chapter confirms gentiles undergoing circumcision, and becoming Jews. The Septuagint version has the word "proselyte" in reference to gentiles becoming Jews to partake of the Passover and describes them as "as one born in the land" after undergoing circumcision. The same process an 8 day old jewish child goes through. Therefore, Isaiah 14:1 is clearly seen being fulfilled in Ezra 6:21.

VERSE 2

2  Nations will take them and bring them back to their own place. Then the family of Jacob will make foreigners their servants as they settle in the LORD’s land. They will make their captors captives and rule over the ones who oppressed them. - NET

KJV - 2  And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.

FULFILLED

Ezra 1

2  “Thus says King Cyrus of Persia: “‘The LORD God of heaven has given me all the kingdoms of the earth. He has instructed me to build a temple for him in Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

3  Anyone from his people among you (may his God be with him!) may go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and may build the temple of the LORD God of Israel – he is the God who is in Jerusalem.

4  Anyone who survives in any of those places where he is a resident foreigner must be helped by his neighbors with silver, gold, equipment, and animals, along with voluntary offerings for the temple of God which is in Jerusalem.’”

... 6  All their neighbors assisted them with silver utensils, gold, equipment, animals, and expensive gifts, not to mention all the voluntary offerings.

Ezra 2

1  These are the people of the province who were going up, from the captives of the exile whom King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon had forced into exile in Babylon. They returned to Jerusalem and Judah, each to his own city.

...  65  not counting their male and female servants, who numbered 7,337. They also had 200 male and female singers

Nehemiah 7 [Ezra's Contemporary]

6  These are the people of the province who returned from the captivity of the exiles, whom King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon had forced into exile. They returned to Jerusalem and to Judah, each to his own city.

...  67  not counting their 7,337 male and female servants. They also had 245 male and female singers.

Notice the servants and handmaids would fulfill their roles IN THE LAND... This alone proves such a prophecy fits the return from Babylon instead of Christ's Kingdom in the escheton. Why do i say this? Because there is no way that Isaiah had in mind scattered Jews from North america and beyond ALL returning from around the world to Jerusalem with servants and handmaids because the land is only about the size of new Jersey. The Land could not contain such a worldwide number and thus could not be promised by God to professing hebrews today and the future. This prophecy was spoken with the intent to be fulfilled in ancient times. Hence, Israelites took them for servants and handmaids who rebuilt the temple of Jerusalem and celebrated the Passover with them after it was finished, being prozelyted to the covenant.

Nehemiah 3:2
2  The men of JERICHO built adjacent to it, and Zaccur son of Imri built adjacent to them.

Peoples who once oppressed the Jews will now help them rebuild their ruined nation (14:1-2).
 - Bridgeway

VERSES 3 - 8

3  When the LORD gives you relief from your suffering and anxiety, and from the hard labor which you were made to perform,

4  you will taunt the king of Babylon with these words: “Look how the oppressor has met his end! Hostility has ceased!

5  The LORD has broken the club of the wicked, the scepter of rulers.

6  It furiously struck down nations with unceasing blows. It angrily ruled over nations, oppressing them without restraint.

7  The whole earth rests and is quiet; they break into song.

8  The evergreens also rejoice over your demise, as do the cedars of Lebanon, singing, ‘Since you fell asleep, no woodsman comes up to chop us down!’

FULFILLED

Despite Israel's unfaithfulness, God was STILL faithful in fulfilling the prophecies spoke through Isaiah. In this case Isaiah 14. Notice the issues Nehemiah and Ezra point out yet they both acknowledge God's fulfilment and goodness in their midst.

Ezra 9

7  From the days of our fathers until this very day our guilt has been great. Because of our iniquities we, along with our kings and priests, have been delivered over by the local kings to sword, captivity, plunder, and embarrassment – right up to the present time.

8  “But now briefly we have received mercy from the LORD our God, in that he has left us a remnant and has given us a secure position in his holy place. Thus our God has enlightened our eyes and has given us a little relief in our time of servitude.

9  Although we are slaves, our God has not abandoned us in our servitude. He has extended kindness to us in the sight of the kings of Persia, in that he has revived us to restore the temple of our God and to raise up its ruins and to give us a protective wall in Judah and Jerusalem.

... 13  “Everything that has happened to us has come about because of our wicked actions and our great guilt. Even so, our God, you have exercised restraint toward our iniquities and have given us a remnant such as this.

Nehemiah 9 [OVERVIEW]

a time of confession and worship led by the Levites (9:1-5). The prayer began by exalting God as the great Creator, and by praising him for choosing Abraham and making his covenant with him (6-8). God was faithful to his people through all their trials, whether in Egypt or in the wilderness (9-15). Even when they rebelled against him, he forgave them and brought them into the promised land (16-25). Still the people were rebellious and still God forgave them. But they continued in their disobedience. In the end, after many defeats and much oppression, they were taken captive into foreign lands, so that God might humble them and bring them to repentance (26-31). Though they were now back in their land, they were still under the rule of foreigners. They confessed that this was a just reward for their sins, for they had been disobedient to the covenant (32-37). Having confessed their failures, the people made a fresh covenant promise to be faithful to God. They confirmed their promise with a written oath signed by their leaders on their behalf (38). Nehemiah was the first to sign (10:1), followed by the priests (2-8), Levites (9-13) and civil leaders (14-27). All the people were bound by the covenant document to be obedient to God’s law (28-29). - Bridgeway commentery

Notice in verse 3 of isaiah 14 that God gives them rest. Ezra says God gave them relief and grace. And both acknowledge this And their unfaithfulness that resulted in the surrounding issues after their return. And this was stated AFTER they returned to the land from babylon, rebuilt the temple and now renewing their covenant vows. Nehemiah does the same thing.

Now for VERSE 7

Isaiah 14:7 - The whole earth is at rest they break forth into singing!!!

FULFILLED

And Jeshua with his sons and his brothers, and Kadmiel and his sons, the sons of Judah, together supervised the workmen in the house of God, along with the sons of Henadad and the Levites, their sons and brothers. And when the builders laid the foundation of the temple of the LORD, the priests in their vestments came forward with trumpets, and the Levites, the sons of Asaph, with cymbals, to praise the LORD, according to the directions of David king of Israel. And they sang responsively, praising and giving thanks to the LORD, "For he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever toward Israel." And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised the LORD, because the foundation of the house of the LORD was laid. But many of the priests and Levites and heads of fathers' houses, old men who had seen the first house, wept with a loud voice when they saw the foundation of this house being laid, though many shouted aloud for joy, so that the people could not distinguish the sound of the joyful shout from the sound of the people's weeping, for the people shouted with a great shout, and the sound was heard far away.
(Ezra 3:9-13 ESV)

So both choirs of those who gave thanks stood in the house of God, and I and half of the officials with me; and the priests Eliakim, Maaseiah, Miniamin, Micaiah, Elioenai, Zechariah, and Hananiah, with trumpets; and Maaseiah, Shemaiah, Eleazar, Uzzi, Jehohanan, Malchijah, Elam, and Ezer. And the singers sang with Jezrahiah as their leader. And they offered great sacrifices that day and rejoiced, for God had made them rejoice with great joy; the women and children also rejoiced. And the joy of Jerusalem was heard far away.
(Nehemiah 12:40-43 ESV)

At the finishing of The rebuilding of the second Temple the Israelites and their converts(servants and handmaids) sang so loud that they could be heard greatly from afar, and those hearing could not tell whether they were rejoicing or crying out.

The whole earth specifically speaks of the nations that Nebuchadnezzar enslaved who were later freed by the Persian king Cyrus. The famous cylinder of Cyrus names the very nations that he freed from the Babylonian king.

Zechariah speaks of rest also.

Zec 1:8-11 LEB 8 I had a vision in the night, and look, a man riding on a red horse. And he was standing between the myrtle shrubs that were in the ravine, and behind him were red, reddish-brown, and white horses. 9 And I asked, “What are these, my lord?” And the angel who was talking with me said, “I will show you what these are.” 10 And the man standing between the myrtle shrubs answered and said, “These are those whom Yahweh has sent to patrol the earth.” 11 And they answered the angel of Yahweh who was standing between the myrtle shrubs, and they said, “We have patrolled the earth, and look, all the earth is dwelling in peace[at rest KJV].”

Again this confirms Isaiah 14:7 - The whole earth is at rest they break forth into singing(Nehemiah 12, Ezra 3)!!!

Time and setting of zechariah is also post Babylonian:

Zechariah was contemporary with Haggai. With him he shared the task of encouraging the returned remnant to rebuild the temple.. His grandfather, Iddo, had been among the first to return from Babylon under Zerubbabel. The prophet himself may well have been born in Babylon. (Zec. 2:4)... As was Haggai’s, so was Zechariah’s purpose the motivation of the people to build the temple. His approach is strikingly different. Whereas Haggai’s message was simple and plainly written, the younger prophet, Zechariah, writes poetically and with flights of fancy which sometimes make his writing almost indecipherable to the twentieth century reader. He goes even beyond Isaiah in the use of symbolic and figurative language, establishing his book as distinctly apocalyptic. - college press commentery

Summary:

We can clearly see from the passages of Isaiah chapters 13 and 14 that such events spoken up where indeed fulfilled. The end verse in chapter 13 proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that such a prophecy why is soon to take place. From the outlines a both chapters it is also clearly seen that the figures, places, and events, all centered around the Assyrian and Babylonian kingdoms that plagued Israel. Babylon Assyria is real and King Nebuchadnezzar we're all spoken of as literal. Servants and handmaid's what predicted by Isaiah and shown in the writings of both Ezra and Nehemiah. Strangers and foreigners also attached themselves to Israel as both Isaiah and Ezra speakers in their writings. The historical, cultural, and biblical context of attaching oneself to the nation of Israel all point to conversion, that is, Gentiles becoming Jews. Hence the word "proselyte" confirms this reality. The strangers who went with the Israelites back to babylon under king Cyrus the Persian Mede were both recorded by Ezra in chapter 2 and Nehemiah in chapter 7 as "servants and maids" which confirms the Isaiah 14:3 prophecy was fulfilled in ancient times.

Did Peter Write Only to The Jews or to All The Church?

In short, Peter wrote to The Church. But before we explore the clear insights of this fact let's lay a concise background on Simon Peter.

Simon Peter was one of the earliest believers in Jesus. Like his brother Andrew, he was probably a disciple of John the Baptist, till John directed them to Jesus (Joh 1:40-41; cf. Act 1:15,21-22). The change in Peter was evident in the early days of the church. He took the lead when important issues had to be dealt with (Act 1:15; 5:3,9), and he was the chief preacher (Act 2:14; 3:12; 8:20).

Peter had been brought up an orthodox Jew and did not immediately break his association with traditional Jewish practices (Act 3:1; 5:12-17). Yet he saw that the church was something greater than the temple, and he readily accepted Samaritans into the church on the same bases as the Jews (Act 8:14-17). He showed his increasing generosity of spirit by preaching in Samaritan villages and in the towns of Lydda and Joppa on the coastal plain (Act 8:25; 9:32,36).

In spite of all this, a special vision from God was necessary to convince Peter that uncircumcised Gentiles were to be accepted into the church freely, without their first having to submit to the Jewish law (Act 10:9-16). As a result of the vision he went to Caesarea, where a God-fearing Roman centurion, along with his household, believed the gospel and received the Holy Spirit the same as Jewish believers (Act 10:17-48). More traditionally minded Jews in the Jerusalem church criticized Peter for his broad-mindedness. Peter silenced them by describing his vision and telling them of the events at Caesarea (Act 11:1-18).

Another factor in Peter’s changing attitudes towards Gentiles was the influence of Paul. The two men had met when Paul visited Jerusalem three years after his conversion (Gal 1:18). They met again eleven years later, when Peter and other Jerusalem leaders expressed fellowship with Paul and Barnabas in their mission to the Gentiles (Gal 2:1,9).

Although Peter understood his mission as being primarily to the Jews (Gal 2:7), he visited the mainly Gentile church in Syrian Antioch and ate freely with the Gentile Christians. When Jewish traditionalists criticized him for ignoring Jewish food laws, he withdrew from the Gentiles. Paul rebuked him publicly and Peter readily acknowledged his error (Gal 2:11-14). When church leaders later met in Jerusalem to discuss the matter of Gentiles in the church, Peter openly and forthrightly supported Paul (Act 15:7-11). He travelled over a wide area (accompanied by his wife) and preached in many churches, including, it seems, Corinth (1Co 1:12; 9:5). Early records indicate that he did much to evangelize the northern parts of Asia Minor. The churches he helped establish there were the churches to which he sent the letters known as 1 and 2 Peter (1Pe 1:12Pe 3:1 (refs2)).

During this time Mark worked closely with Peter. In fact, Peter regarded Mark as his ‘son’ (1Pe 5:13). There is evidence that at one stage they visited Rome and helped the church there. When Peter left for other regions, Mark remained in Rome, where he helped the Christians by recording for them the story of Jesus as they had heard it from Peter.

Later, Peter revisited Rome. Mark was again with him, and so was Silas, who acted as Peter’s secretary in writing a letter to the churches of northern Asia Minor. At this time Nero was Emperor and his great persecution was about to break upon the Christians. Peter wrote his First Letter to prepare Christians for what lay ahead. He wrote his Second Letter to give various reminders and warn against false teaching. By the time he wrote his Second Letter he was in prison, awaiting the execution that Jesus had spoken of about thirty years earlier (2Pe 1:13-15; cf. Joh 21:18-19). According to tradition, Peter was crucified in Rome some time during the period AD 65-69.

The proof that Peter wrote to The Churches made of Both Jews and Gentiles is within the greeting of his first epistle.

Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers dispersed through Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, elect,                 - 1 Peter 1:1

Strangers

The word sojourners/strangers refers to people who have left their native land and are living temporarily on foreign soil, and among strangers. It is translated from the greek pare pideemos, compounded from;

para = beside, epi, upon,

and

epidēméō = reside

thus, literally, to dwell alongside those of a strange land.

He could have used other words such as:

G245 - allotrios - alien, strange, [foreigner]

G246 - allophulos - foreign, gentile, one of another nation

G3581 * ξένος xenos - host, strange

G3941 * πάροικος paroikos - foreigner, sojourn, stranger

G4339 * προσήλυτος prosēlutos - proselyte[convert]

But he did not choose to do so.

Instead Peter purposely describes the 5 churches he writes to as parapedimos, translated as strangers, sojourners, pilgrims...

Thayers Lexicon Definition:

  1. one who comes from a foreign country into a city or land to reside there by the side of the natives
  2. a stranger
  3. sojourning in a strange place, a foreigner
  4. in the NT metaphorically in reference to heaven as the native country, one who sojourns on earth

The 4th meaning matches Peters additional description of the churches in verse 17

17  And if you address as Father the one who impartially judges according to each one’s work, live out the time of your temporary residence here[THE EARTH] in reverence.

Dispersed

Peter describes the church as dispersed. This is one of many times where he uses expressions and phrases exclusive to the Israelites and instead applies such terms to all The Churches in general.

- TGNT

Peter writes to the churches as dispersed sojourners or pilgrims while James writes to THE 12 tribes of THE Dispersion, putting a distinction between the two similar phrases and indisputably different audiences.

The church was first scattered in acts 11 by the unbelieving Jews. At the time they were nearly ALL Jews who converted to Christianity by the disciples but in verse 1 of the chapter the gentiles, specifically cornelius, received the gospel too. Tho the believers were scattered, it was the apostles who soon after went out and established churches among the early believers. In Peter's letters to them, these churches were undeniably gentile, such as Galatia, the church paul wrote to and established. Asia was another church, which Ephesus was it's capital, which was another church Paul established and wrote to. Lastly there's Bythinia. A place the holy spirit forbid the disciples to go in the book of Acts. We know from pliny the younger, a Roman governor, complained of pagan temples being nearly emptied of devoted followers and became Christians. Yet Peter wrote to the Bythinians. Yet Philo does speak of Jews there but seeing that the gospel was held Back from there by the holy spirit in acts it stands to reason that when the gospel did eventually reach there then it makes the case that both synogogues and pagan temples were emptying out and being added to the church making it a possible Jewish and gentile church. Back to the "dispersion",

The "Dispersion" was a technical term of common usage among the Jews to designate those of their [covenant]race who were scattered among the Gentile nations. (John 7:35.) It occurs in the Septuagint (a Greek translation of the Old Testament scriptures) in the passage, "Thou shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth." (Deut. 25:28.) In view of these facts, the temptation is strong to assign a literal significance to these terms here, and conclude that Peter wrote to Christian Jews away from Palestine, and in the provinces designated. An examination of the whole epistle, however, raises serious doubts as to the correctness of this conclusion. In 1 Peter 2:11,  He uses the word parapedimos again(where it is translated pilgrim) in an obviously figurative sense for Christians generally, (as does Paul in hebrews 11:13), without regard to former relationships or races and it is therefore probable that in 1 Peter 1:1 he intended to indicate by "sojourners" all people of God who were then sojourning on the earth among unbelievers, and therefore in a more comprehensive sense than the traditional terms would signify. The crucial verse that shows Peter using these words in such manner is in 1 Peter 2:12 where he uses the Greek word παροίκους G3941 paroikos to describe non believers.

It's meaning from Thayer Definition is:

  1. dwelling near, neighbouring
  2. in the NT, a stranger, a foreigner, one who lives in a place without the right of citizenship
  3. metaphorically
    1. without citizenship in God's kingdom
    2. one who lives on earth as a stranger, a sojourner on the earth
    3. of Christians whose home is in heaven

Most translations use "gentiles" or "nations". Others use words such as:

NET = non Christians

Cloverdale bible = heathen

Wycliffe bible = heathen men

UDB = those who do not know God

T4T = Those who do not know God

Though the thoughts of the epistle are Jewish in background, and many quotations from the Old Testament occur, the usage of these Jewish terms are defined by his very statements occurring in 1 Peter 1:141 Peter 2:101 Peter 4:3  and elsewhere seem to require a non- Jewish background for those particularly addressed.

A powerful example:

The Apostle wrote that Jewish Christian women that they were (would "become",  grk egeneetheete, 2nd person plural, aor. 1 ind. pass. of ginomai, to become) daughters of Sarah "if ye do well." (1 Peter 3:6.)..... NOT BY THE FLESH, OR BIRTH NOR DESCENDANCY.

These premises lead to the conclusion that the apostle wrote to Christians, both Jew and Gentile, without regard to their religious or racial backgrounds, as composing the body in which there is "neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, bondman, freeman but Christ is all and in all." Colossians 3:11.)

Even how Peter wrote his farewell at the end of his epistle only further confirms this reality, "to all those in Christ".

GREETING CONTINUED

Verse 2--Grace to you, and peace be multiplied.--The author, in this salutation, joins the lovely and impressive greeting of the Greeks (Chaire! "grace") and the Hebrews (shalom, peace!), (“May your peace be multiplied,” was a form frequent with the rabbies. - Whedon) with which the people of these races were accustomed to hail one another. A similar salutation occurs often in Paul's epistles. (Rom. 1:1 Cor. 1:3; Gal. 1:3Eph. 1:2Phil. 1:2, etc.) See Matt. 10 12, 13 for an example of the Hebrew usage (Acts 15:23), for the usual formula of Greek missives.

The Churches

“Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia(Ephesus was its capital), and Bithynia”

J. Ramsey Michaels says the Roman provinces listed in the opening verse of 1 Peter were located north of the Taurus Mountains in Asia Minor, which is located within modern-day Turkey. [82] Philo the Jew testifies to Jewish colonization of these provinces. [83] When these areas were first evangelized is a mystery. There are several suggestions:

(1) Converted Jews on the Day of Pentecost We find that Jews from three of these provinces were in Jerusalem on the day Peter preached and converted three thousand souls (Act 2:9).

(2) Peter - Peter may have traveled there, avoiding the regions of southern and western Asia Minor where Paul the apostle had established churches. But, we must note that Peter does not include any personal references within his two Epistles that reveal personal contact between him and his readers. In fact, his statement in 1Pe 1:12 seems to disassociate him from those who brought the Gospel to this region.

(3) Paul - Our strongest evidence suggests that Paul traveled to these regions and planted some of these churches. We know that he preached the Gospel in parts of Galatia (Gal 4:13), thoroughly evangelized Asia (Act 19:10) after having been forbidden by the Holy Spirit earlier to go there (Act 16:6), and he was forbidden by the Holy Ghost to go into Bithynia (Act 16:7). So, the fact is, Paul did plant churches in some of these Roman provinces.

[83] Philo writes, “It, as I have already stated, is my native country, and the metropolis, not only of the one country of Judaea, but also of many, by reason of the colonies which it has sent out from time to time…and also with those more distant regions of Pamphylia, Cilicia, the greater part of Asia Minor as far as Bithynia, and the furthermost corners of Pontus… And not only are the continents full of Jewish colonies, but also all the most celebrated islands are so too…” ( On the Virtues and Office of Ambassadors: Addressed to Caius 36) See C. Gal 4:13, “Ye know how through infirmity of the flesh I preached the gospel unto you at the first.”

Act 16:6, “Now when they had gone throughout Phrygia and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia,”

Act 16:7, “After they were come to Mysia, they assayed to go into Bithynia: but the Spirit suffered them not.”

Act 19:10, “And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.

Donald Guthrie suggests that these five Roman provinces are listed in the order that one would naturally visit them if traveling from the east by ship. After entering into the Black Sea and landing at a seaport of Pontus, a traveler would have made a circuit through Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, which puts him back on the shores of the Black Sea near his original port of entry into Asia Minor. In 1Pe. 1:1-2 we have two facts about those to whom this epistle was addressed so far:

(1) they lived in Asia Minor (Turkey) and

(2) they were Christians.

It is also very obvious from even a superficial reading of the book, that the apostle intended Gentile Christians to receive and study it. See such passages as 1Pe. 2:10 (compared with Eph. 2:11-13) and 1Pe. 4:3. Peter’s benediction is general; “unto you all that are in Christ” (1Pe. 5:4). True, the “Gentiles” are mentioned in the third person, 1Pe. 2:121Pe. 4:3, but Peter consistently uses this term religiously in context referring to non believers as wicked Gentiles—heathens.

It seems best, therefore, to regard the epistle as being addressed to all Christians within the geographical boundaries specified.

The Inheritance According to Peter - verse 4

that is, into an inheritance imperishable, undefiled, and unfading. It is reserved in heaven for you, 1 Peter 1:4

Peter had no thought in his mind of regaining an earthly Jerusalem or any such inheritance. He adds his eschatology in saying that the inheritance is guarded in heaven for us. This echoes so many other places where he heard Christ's sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5:10-12 where Jesus teaches the same thing. The Jews hoped for an earthly kingdom and rule connecting their old covenant promise to the land of Canaan. But Peter speaks of the eternal promises that cannot receive corruption of any kind, which preaches behind the epistle to the hebrews that states "the new covenant is based on better promises"... We have no inheritance on earth; his inheritance is with the saints in light, Col. 1:12; an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven.

1 Peter 1:4. In the meanwhile the Holy Spirit is given as the earnest of the inheritance. Eph. 1:14. “If sons, then heirs, heirs of God through Christ, and heirs of God with Christ [Note: Rom 8:17Gal 4:7.].” Now, the inheritance to which God has begotten us is nothing less than all the glory of heaven; an inheritance, “not corruptible,” as earthly treasures, “which moth and rust will corrupt;” “not defiled,” like the earthly Canaan, by wicked inhabitants, (for “into heaven nothing entereth that can defile [Note: Rev 21:27.];”) “not fading,” by use, or age, or enjoyment, like the pleasures of sense: no, it is an inheritance worthy of God to give to his beloved children, even that inheritance which Christ himself, as our Forerunner, our Head. Again there are no tendencies to corruption there, no possibilities of defilement, not even that fading which must pass over the fairest things of earth. This inheritance Peter speaks of is reserved in heaven for you. The many mansions in our Father's house have been kept from the beginning; Satan cannot rob them of it, as he robbed man of the earthly paradise. Some of the Greek commentators find in the words, "in heaven," an argument against the millenarians

We rejoice in his present and future blessings—in the new birth, and in the hope of the heavenly inheritance, in the assured protection of God. "The grass withereth, the flower falleth away;" it is not so in the "land that is very far off." The crown reserved for its blessed inhabitants is an amaranth wreath (comp. Wisd. 6:13 and 1Pe 5:4,)

LASTLY

PETER AND HEBREW ISRAELITE TEACHINGS DONT MIX... THE REST OF THE CHAPTER

who by God’s power are protected through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

In the old covenant it was your obedience to the law that guaranteed your partaking of the promises.

In the New Covenant your inheritance is protected by God himself. No enemy nations are breaking in.. And you receive this promise of heaven through faith not the law, and it also for your salvation too.

6  This brings you great joy, although you may have to suffer for a short time in various trials.

In the old covenant you suffered due to breaking the covenant law and your blessing was on earth(Deuteronomy 28)

In the New Covenant you suffer when you do right and your reward is in heaven and according to Peter heaven itself is your reward.

7  Such trials show the proven character of your faith, which is much more valuable than gold – gold that is tested by fire, even though it is passing away – and will bring praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.

8   You have not seen him, but you love him. You do not see him now but you believe in him, and so you rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy,  9  because you are attaining the goal of your faith – the salvation of your souls.

Peter puts no need for those who never saw Jesus to know what he looks like nor his nationality. Believing in him was what he emphasized. And the goal of your faith is the salvation of YOUR SOUL. NOT BEING SAVED FROM YOUR ENEMIES AND HOSTILE NATIONS. NOT TO ATTAIN THE LAND OR TO RULE.

10  Concerning this salvation, the prophets who predicted the grace that would come to you searched and investigated carefully.  11  They probed into what person or time the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating when he testified beforehand about the sufferings appointed for Christ and his subsequent glory.

12  They were shown that they were serving not themselves but you, in regard to the things now announced to you through those who proclaimed the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven – things angels long to catch a glimpse of.

Hebrew Israelites teach that the prophets prophesy that in the end of time the gentiles will serve them forever as slaves in the kingdom.

Yet Peter says the prophets were serving Christians in their prophecies about the future time through al those who now presently preach the Gospel to them. Not the law, but the gospel BY THE HOLY SPIRIT SENT FROM HEAVEN. NOT THE LAW SENT DOWN FROM MT. SINAI

13  Therefore, get your minds ready for action by being fully sober, and set your hope completely on the grace that will be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed.

Set your hope on the grace that Jesus will bring. Nothing about hoping on land return, regathering, or national sovereignty.

14  Like obedient children, do not comply with the evil urges you used to follow in your ignorance,  15  but, like the Holy One who called you, become holy yourselves in all of your conduct,

16  for it is written, “You shall be holy onesbecause I am holy.”  17  And if you address as Father the one who impartially judges according to each one’s work, live out the time of your temporary residence here in reverence.

The translation of the Revised Version is more exact than the Authorized Version, "If ye call on him as Father." Who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work. The adverb ἀπροσωπολήπτως, rendered "without respect of persons," occurs nowhere else in the New Testament; but the thought is familiar. St. Peter himself had said, when he was sent to receive Cornelius into the Church, "Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons" (Act 10:34). The disciples of the Pharisees had said the same of our Lord (Mat 22:16; comp. also Rom 2:11Gal 2:6Jas 2:1-4. The Lord said (Joh 5:22),the people of God in this world are "sojourners", as all their fathers were; they are not natives of the place in, which they are; though they are in the world, they are not of it; they were natives of it by their first birth, but by their second they are born again from above, and so, belong to another place; they are of another country, even an heavenly one; are citizens of another city, a city which, has foundations, whose builder and maker is God, their citizenship is in heaven; and there is their Father's house, which is not made with hands, and is eternal; and there lies their estate, their inheritance; and though they dwell here below, neither their settlement nor their satisfaction are here; they reckon themselves not at home while they are on earth, and are strangers in it, to the men of the world, and they to them; with whom they have not, or at least ought not to have, any fellowship. It is indeed but for a "time", that they are sojourners, not an eternity; which time is fixed, and is very short, and will be quickly gone; it is but a little while, and Christ wilt come and take them home to his Father's house, where they shall be for ever with him; for it is only here on earth that they are pilgrims and strangers. He judges according to every man's work, regarding, not distinctions of rank, or wealth, or nationality, but only the character of the work. Observe that the word "work" (ἔργον) is in the singular number, as πρᾶξιν in Mat 16:27. God judges according to every man's work as a whole, according to the whole scope and meaning of his life as issuing from the one governing principle, whether faith or selfishness.

18  You know that from your empty way of life inherited from your ancestors you were ransomed – not by perishable things like silver or gold, 19  but by precious blood like that of an unblemished and spotless lamb, namely Christ.  20  He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was manifested in these last times for your sake.

NOT FOR ISRAELS SAKE... BUT FOR THE SAKE OF HIS FOLLOWERS AND DISCIPLES, HIS BRIDE THE CHURCH

21  Through him you now trust in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.  22  You have purified your souls by obeying the truth in order to show sincere mutual love. So love one another earnestly from a pure heart. xref-4

23  You have been born anew, not from perishable but from imperishable seed, through the living and enduring word of God.

The physical descendants of Abraham are not born of imperishable seed. But the seed of the promise.

24  For all flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of the grass; the grass withers and the flower falls off,

25  but the word of the Lord endures forever. And this is the word that was proclaimed to you.

This word is the Gospel. Yet he pulls a psalm and turns the word away from being torah, to the word being The Gospel preached.

In conclusion, Peter by the Power of the Holy Spirit and Authority of Christ taught The Church

1. That She is a sojourners on earth

2. Her home is in heaven

3. Her inheritance is in heaven and it comes through faith for salvation. Not the law through being a part of Israel.

4. That the work they will do will be of the totality of their very lives. Not the works of the law.

And there are perhaps more insights into Peter's epistles that reveal the lack of Hebrew Israelite beliefs in his writings.

Your Gospel to White People vs. Paul's Gospel to White People

The Gospel is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes, to the new first and then to the gentile. Romans 1:16.. We share such power every time we share the gospel with everyone. But the question is what message do you share? Is it the same one Jesus and The Apostles preached? Or do you preach a different gospel? A gospel found on none of their lips, Gospels or epistles. If so then how can you preach something that no one ever pulled from the prophets or old testament?

On a Facebook group I asked "One West" Black Hebrew Israelites the following question:

As a One West Hebrew Israelite, What is The Gospel for edomites, whites, japhites, greeks, romans, Germans and Anglo saxons?

In other words, if you were to stand before them and preach the gospel to them, from Christ and the salvation he gives, and what he has for them, what would you proclaim to them?

The following is what they gave me. However, I compared what they preached to what paul preached to every person who they would surely label as white. They were:

Greeks, athenians, stoics and epicurean believers from Mars Hill in acts 17

A Philippian Macedonian Jailer in acts 16

And an Edomite King, Agrippa in acts 25

After reading some comparisons below I will give my insights.

Note: not all of these people are "one west" Israelites.

The Gospel by Paul to Greeks, Athenians, Stoics, Epicureans, A Macedonian/Philippian Jailer, An Edomite King and all Gentiles

The Gospel By some Professing Hebrews to Europeans, Americans, Romans, Greeks, and Whites whom they call Edomites

Act 17:22  So Paul, standing in the midst of the Areopagus, said: "Men of Athens, I perceive that in every way you are very religious.

Act 17:23  For as I passed along and observed the objects of your worship, I found also an altar with this inscription, 'To the unknown god.' What therefore you worship as unknown, this I proclaim to you.

Act 17:24  The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man,

Act 17:25  nor is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything.

This is the "salvation" to the other nations:

Zechariah 8:22 Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.

23 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that 👉🏿ten men👈🏿 shall take hold 👉🏿out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of 👉🏿the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, 👉🏿We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.

Act 17:26  And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place,

Act 17:27  that they should seek God, in the hope that they might feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us,

Act 17:28  for "'In him we live and move and have our being'; as even some of your own poets have said, "'For we are indeed his offspring.'

Isaiah 14:2 KJV — 👉🏿And the people shall take them, 👉🏿and bring them to their place: 👉🏿and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: 👉🏿and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; 👉🏿and they shall rule over their oppressors.

Psalm 9:17 KJV — The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

Isaiah 34:1 Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things that come forth of it.

2 For the indignation of the LORD is upon 👉🏿all nations, and his fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered them to the slaughter.

Jeremiah 30:10 Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, 👉🏿I will save thee from afar, 👉🏿and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.

11 For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though 👉🏿I make a full end of 👉🏿all nations whither 👉🏿I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.

Zechariah 14:16 KJV — And it shall come to pass, that every one 👉🏿that is left👈🏿 of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

I am not "One West" anything, but i am a believer and follower of Yahusha HaMashiach.

So I can't speak for anyone that identifies as "One West".

But as to what I would say, it would be the same the prophets have told the nations....to repent and show the fruits of repentance...as required for all men....but specifically for the other nations the sign of there repentance is their treatment of God's chosen people...Israel that has been scattered into all these nations and currently coming back to  themselves:

1 Kings 8:47,  Yet if they [the children of Israel] shall bethink themselves in the land whither they were carried captives, and repent, and make supplication unto thee in the land of them [other nations] that carried them captives, saying, We have sinned, and have done perversely, we have committed wickedness;.......50 And forgive thy people that have sinned against thee, and all their transgressions wherein they have transgressed against thee, and give them compassion before them who carried them captive, that they may have compassion on them:...

Act 17:29  Being then God's offspring, we ought not to think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and imagination of man.

Act 17:30  The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent,

Act 17:31  because he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed; and of this he has given assurance to all by raising him from the dead."

I would proclaim the very gospel of Jesus Christ that he died for the sins of the world and that he lives.

Act 26:15  And I said, 'Who are you, Lord?' And the Lord said, 'I am Jesus whom you are persecuting.

Act 26:16  But rise and stand upon your feet, for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to appoint you as a servant and witness to the things in which you have seen me and to those in which I will appear to you,

Act 26:17  delivering you from your people and from the Gentiles--to whom I am sending you

Act 26:18  to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.'

Act 26:19  "Therefore, O King Agrippa

[An Edomite], I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision,

Act 26:20  but declared first to those in Damascus, then in Jerusalem and throughout all the region of Judea, and also to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, performing deeds in keeping with their repentance.

Act 26:21  For this reason the Jews seized me in the temple and tried to kill me.

Act 26:22  To this day I have had the help that comes from God, and so I stand here testifying both to small and great, saying nothing but what the prophets and Moses said would come to pass:

Act 26:23  that the Christ must suffer and that, by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light both to our people and to the Gentiles."

Exactly as the scripture says it...believe n cleave unto Israel. Those few who do, show that they truly desire the truth and the kingdom

Yahuwsha himself, said don’t go unto the stranger. Yet, go to the lost sheep. So, obviously, Mr. Salvation himself wasn’t concerned with a “gospel” for anyone other than the nation of Israel. If someone wanted to gain salvation from Israel, they have to be ONE with Israel.

Its all about Israel:

Joel 2:27 And ye shall know that 👉🏿I am in the midst of Israel👈🏿, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.

32 And it shall come to pass, 👉🏿that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: 👉🏿for in mount Zion 👉🏿and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, 👉🏿and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

Acts 2:14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, 👉🏿Ye men of Judaea, 👉🏿and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

Maybe we should ask John:

Revelation 13:10 KJV — He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

Do you think they [other nations] would like his message?

Or maybe Isaiah:

Isaiah 14:2 KJV — And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.

Or maybe Christ words:

Luke 21:24 KJV — And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, 👉🏿until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.👈🏿

Death or slavery

Paul said to king Agrippa THE EDOMITE
"I pray to God that not only you but that everyone listening to me today could be saved and be just like me—except for these chains I have!” -ERV

Yet the professing Hebrews desire to make whites slaves forever in the kingdom of heaven.

Paul also told the king that Jesus himself told him to preach salvation to the gentiles... Which places even more context to his preaching to the pagan gentiles on Mars Hill in acts 17.

Paul said to the jailer in acts 16: "“Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved—you and all who live in your house.” -ERV

why didn't Paul tell the man that his hope of salvation was clinging to his nation israel forever in servitude. He just had been miraculously freed from jail via earthquake. Surely this was the perfect opportunity to preach such things to him. But Paul preached the same Gospel to gentiles he preached to Israelites.

Then what happened?

32 So Paul and Silas told the message of the Lord to the jailer and all the people who lived in his house. 33 It was late at night, but the jailer took Paul and Silas and washed their wounds. Then the jailer and all his people were baptized. 34 After this the jailer took Paul and Silas home and gave them some food. All the people were very happy because they now believed in God.
- ERV

Another insight. Look at what the jailer did BEFORE he asked for salvation:

"shaking with fear, fell down in front of Paul and Silas." -ERV

Paul should have told him that such a posture and fear will be his future toward him if he should desire salvation. But paul spoke no such thing.

Lastly, Paul preached before an entire hillside of pagan Gentiles people to repent and turn to God. The God who made them all Ang hoped that they would find him. Observe below:

"27 “God wanted people to look for him, and perhaps in searching all around for him, they would find him. But he is not far from any of us. 28 It is through him that we are able to live, to do what we do, and to be who we are. As your own poets have said, ‘We all come from him.’

29 “That’s right. We all come from God. So you must not think that he is like something people imagine or make. He is not made of gold, silver, or stone. 30 In the past people did not understand God, and he overlooked this. But now he is telling everyone in the world to change and turn to him. 31 He has decided on a day when he will judge all the people in the world in a way that is fair. To do this he will use a man he chose long ago. And he has proved to everyone that this is the man to do it. He proved it by raising him from death!” - ERV

In all of these cases, how can you preach a Gospel that isn't found in The new testament? So far Paul violates the gospel preached by "One West" Black Hebrew Israelites. Yet Paul's life and ministry is part of The New Testament.

Only one professing Hebrew preached the gospel found in the bible. Freddie Briggs.

Pray for them. Use this blog to begin much needed deliverancee from out of the racist cult of the black Hebrew Israelite movement of heresy.
